I propose to prepare a delicious dinner of rice noodles with meat in the Chinese style. The spiciness of the dish can be adjusted to suit your taste. We don't really like spicy food, so I used minimal spices.

To prepare this dish we need beef, bell peppers, onions, rice noodles, a mixture of peppers, soy sauce, vegetable oil and salt.

Cut the beef into pieces, then put it in boiling water, skim off the foam, reduce heat, add salt. Cook until done. Then strain the broth; we will need it for making soup or borscht. Set the meat aside.

Place the rice noodles in a deep bowl and pour boiling water over them for 5-7 minutes. Then place in a colander and rinse under cold water.

Fry the onion and sweet pepper cut into half rings in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Add the prepared boiled meat to the pan. Pepper to taste. For spicy lovers, you can add a piece of chili pepper at this stage. Add soy sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add rice noodles to the pan, mix well so that all the noodles are soaked in the sauce.

To cook something like this, to feed my family dinner and take it with me to work. And yes, now I have to think about my daily diet at work, because... I can’t go to the cafe, I’m an indispensable employee.

And so, there was beef and some vegetables available. At first there was an option to cook rice, but my son suggested the option with noodles.

Everything is prepared quickly and simply, just the way I like it))


Ingredients:
rice noodles - 1 pack
beef - 300 g
onion - 1 pc.
carrots - 2 pcs.
green radish - 1 pc.
sweet pepper - 1 pc.
salt, pepper - to taste
vegetable oil - for frying

Preparation:
In order for the beef to cook quickly, it should be cut into thin and small pieces, almost like for beef stroganoff, but a little smaller.
Pour vegetable oil into a pressure cooker, heat it and put the meat there.

While the meat is frying, cut the onion into half rings and add to the pan.

All other ingredients are cut into strips and, as they are cut, placed in the frying pan. First carrots, then green radishes and sweet peppers.

Don't forget about salt, pepper and other seasonings - as you like.
Now we need the meat and vegetables to have sauce, so pour in about 500 ml of broth and leave on low heat.
At this time, you need to prepare the rice noodles. Everything is simple here, you can boil it according to the instructions, or soak it in boiling water for three minutes. Drain the water, place the noodles directly into the pan and leave to cook for another three minutes.

I really love all kinds of sushi, rolls, noodles, but I’m not very good at making rolls myself, so we buy similar food. But the other day at the supermarket I remembered that we had run out of soy sauce at home and when I went to the counter I simply couldn’t leave without buying rice noodles, especially since they weren’t expensive, although I thought that the price would be much higher.
Since this was my first experience, I read a lot of recipes on the Internet and decided to do it like this.
First, finely cut the meat into strips.

then add soy sauce

cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
During this time we need to cook the rice noodles. By the time I added the vegetables, the water was already boiling and all I had to do was throw in the noodles


cook it until almost done - on the label it said 5-7 minutes, I cooked it for 3 minutes, it was a little undercooked.
Add spices to vegetables and meat


I have ground ginger, black pepper, red pepper, suneli hops and coriander. Stir, add a little oil (we need it to prevent the noodles from sticking together).
By this time the noodles are cooked, drain the water from them and add to the meat and vegetables

I added a couple more spoons of meat broth, if there is no broth, you can replace it with boiled water, since my vegetables are not fresh - they gave little juice, and the dish needs a little liquid to make it juicy.
Mix everything and simmer over low heat for a couple more minutes.


After cooking, I let the dish sit for a bit, then put it in beautiful plates for Chinese food and you can eat all this deliciousness with chopsticks, it’s convenient there, since apart from carrots there are no small ingredients and it creates a pleasant and unusual atmosphere.


It turns out to be a very satisfying and tasty dish. It seems like nothing special - noodles with vegetables, meat and noodles, but thanks to the unusual cooking method it turns out very interesting, and besides, the rice noodles have a slightly different taste than regular ones.
We really liked this dish and cooked it more than once over the course of several days.

  • Beef – 300 grams
  • Wheat noodles – 300 grams
  • Onions – 1 pc.

  • Bulgarian sweet pepper – 2 pcs.
  • Hot chili pepper – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Teriyaki sauce or soy sauce (teriyaki is preferred)

From spices:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Refined sunflower oil or sesame oil

Let's start making Chinese noodles!

We cut the beef into strips, but not too thin, so that the meat does not burn during strong frying.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Chop the chili pepper and remove the seeds if you don’t want very spicy noodles. We also peel and chop the garlic.

Pour about 100 milliliters of sunflower oil into the wok and place the meat in the heated oil. In order for the meat to fry, you need a good fire. Also, remember to stir constantly to prevent the meat from burning. 3 minutes is enough to fry the meat.

As soon as the meat is browned, pour the onions and bell peppers into the wok, maintain the heat at the proper level and stir constantly. Fry the contents for about 2 minutes.

Next add garlic, hot pepper,add sauce and stir. Next, add salt and ground black pepper, mix well again and give a little time so that all the contents are thoroughly fried, about two minutes was enough for me.

Now let's prepare the noodles. I cook outdoors and don’t have extra utensils, so I’ll use the same wok. If you are cooking at home, then you can boil the noodles while cooking the meat.

Wheat noodles cook very quickly, about 3 minutes.

  • medium-sized fleshy tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - add as desired;
  • crushed ginger root - use to taste;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 small pieces;
  • potato starch - 1 large spoon;
  • any spices - add to taste;
  • soy sauce - 2 large spoons.

Preparing Ingredients

Chinese beef with cucumber is quite easy to prepare. To do this, the piece of meat needs to be washed well and then cut into not very thick, but rather long pieces. You should do exactly the same with pickled cucumbers, as well as fresh tomatoes and onions.

Marinate the meat

In order for Chinese beef with vegetables to be as aromatic and juicy as possible, it must be kept in a marinade. To do this, you need to combine soy sauce with potato starch and any spices. Next, you need to lower the entire meat product into them and let it sit for 25 minutes.

Heat treatment

After the meat has been marinated, it should be removed from the brine and fried in vegetable oil until the crust turns red. Next, you need to place the beef on a separate plate, and saute the tomatoes, onions and cucumbers in the same frying pan. After ¼ hour, you need to add the meat ingredient again to the vegetables, close everything tightly with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Chinese beef noodles are a very filling and nutritious lunch that can be easily prepared at home. To create it we will need:

  • boneless beef meat as fresh as possible - approximately 500 g;
  • spicy onion - 1 pc.;
  • sweet pepper - 1 medium piece;
  • garlic cloves - 2 pcs.;
  • fresh fleshy tomato - 1 large vegetable;
  • Chinese cabbage - about 100 g;
  • soy sauce - about 50 ml;
  • fresh lemon juice - use at discretion;
  • sesame seeds - 2 dessert spoons;
  • olive oil - about 80 ml;
  • salt, hot pepper and other spices - to personal taste;
  • store-bought rice noodles - about 50 g.

Processing the ingredients

To make Chinese beef noodles really tasty, this dish should be prepared slowly, in stages. First you need to rinse the piece of meat, and then cut off all unnecessary elements from it and pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Next, the beef needs to be cut into fairly long and thin slices.

As for the remaining ingredients, they should also be processed. Garlic and onions must be peeled and then finely chopped. Tomatoes, sweet peppers and Chinese cabbage need to be washed and cut into strips.
